The BMW M6 started to be produced in 1983, by placing the the engine of the M1  into the chassi of a 6 series. The original M6 produced 282hp and achieved an incredible top speed of 158mph/255kph. The new M6 produces the same 560hp of the M5 because it uses the same engine, but it offers a more slick body and a more elegant package overall compared to the M5. The M6 variants are the E28, E66 and F12.

The BMW M5 started being produced in 1986, by placing the engine of the bmw M1 into the chassis of a bmw 535i. This partnership produced one of the best cars in the world, with all the advantages of a saloon, like seating for 5 and a spacious cabin, without the drawbacks of a super car. The variants of the M5 are the E28, E34, E39, E60 and F10. The latest M5 is capable of producing 560 hp and a delimited top speed of over 200mph/330kph.

The BMW M3, is the first and original sport saloon. Taken from the racing circuit into the streets, it became an instant hit and a classic. It is considered to be the benchmark in the industry for what a performance saloon should be. Its variants are the E30, E36, E46 AND E92.
